Our Personal Training & Group Training Services
We offer a full service of personal & group training options.You can buy the sessions in various volume sessions from single sessions to blocs and group sessions.
Our group sessions are designed for groups of 3-5 people to work out at the same time each week under the supervision of a S.M.A.R.T Trainer and clients enroll per class for 6 or 12 week term.
